A two minute project meeting, as Scriber writes it: the transcript, then the minutes.

An invented meeting, shown as an example. The people are not real.

Transcript

  1. Maya0:00

Thanks for joining. Two things today: the launch date for the new booking page, and who tests it.

  2. Jonas0:12

The page itself is done. What is left is the payment step, and I need three more days for that.

  3. Maya0:24

So Friday the 14th is too early. Can we say Tuesday the 18th?

  4. Jonas0:33

Tuesday works, if testing starts on Monday morning.

  5. Lena0:41

I can test on Monday. I need a list of what to check, on a phone and on a laptop.

  6. Jonas0:52

I will send you the list by Friday.

  7. Maya1:01

Good. One more point: do we tell customers before the launch, or on the day?

  8. Lena1:10

On the day. If something slips, we have not promised a date we cannot keep.

  9. Maya1:21

Agreed. I will write the announcement and keep it ready. Anything else?

  10. Jonas1:30

Only that the old page stays up for one week after the launch, in case we need to go back.

  11. Maya1:41

Yes, one week. Then we are done. Thank you both.

Decisions

  1. The new booking page launches on Tuesday the 18th, not Friday the 14th.
  2. Customers are told on the launch day, not before.
  3. The old page stays available for one week after the launch.
